3:23 . 12 Hedgewood Road is stunning. The nicest of all in my opinion . Also Mississauga isnt in Toronto proper, it would be like including Patterson NJ as part of NYC.

Most of these are old fashioned conspicuous consumption displays. There are lots of architecturally interesting homes sprinkled throughout Toronto with a more contemporary vibe. There are tons of houses in these price ranges. There are several in the $12 to $15m range that I could walk to, and that neighborhood was not even mentioned. The $45m home on Dolton Ave is impressive, but that is far from the most expensive neighborhood in the GTA.

i I'm going to spend that much money on a house I want acreage and privacy, this is indecent how such beautiful houses are right next to a busy street but also have neighbors all around you just a stone throw away

You forgot about all the homes in Oakville. Plenty of mansions in Oakville that are 20 mil plus. Most expensive home in Toronto is in Oakville. $65 million dollars. Lakeshore dr. On Lake Ontario. There are a bunch of mega mansions on Lake Ontario with huge price tags. There are rumours that drakes house in the bridle path neighbourhood is worth upwards of $100 million. Insanity

Most expensive home in Toronto is in Oakville ??? That is two different cities . That house is also called Chelster Hall. I heard it is being sold because their daughter moved out going to university and now it is too big for two people.

@@ALookatInsideFood that’s the place. There is another one on lakeshore in Oakville that is a new lime stone mammoth. Apparently going to be listed for $85M. Being the current most expensive. Oakville is part of the GTA. It’s a 15 min drive to Toronto. I consider all of the gta surroundings here as Toronto.

As someone that works in very high end homes in the Toronto area, THIS is in no way a comprehensive list. I can think of several homes that are not only more expensive, but also better designed, decorated....one thing is true, though, Ferris builds some gigantic, very grand homes, like Drake's for example.

I can't argue with that. I personally know of two homes that are at the 18 million mark. Now granted this video is a few years old, but even Drakes' home "The Embassy" is worth more than the #1 on this list. Some people just don't do their research. And that video clip of "St. Andrew's Park" - DA Fughhh. I nearly died.

This video is really bad, the narrator lists off features of the homes that are entirely common (this house has a soaking tub, this house has alarms on the doors and windows… they all do, and basically every house over even $2M have these basic things), and the pictures and video of the homes are often entirely unrelated. I’m pretty sure I saw footage inside an RV at one point. “The kitchen looks like it belongs to a professional chef!”, umm no, it looks like it belongs to royalty the way it is decked out, you would expect a professional chef to have a more commercial style kitchen, like stainless steel, not everything lacquered in white. This video feels like Mad Libs.

Adding cities outside of Toronto do not make them in Toronto. Pronouncing “Toronto” as he does indicates he’s not from here. Finally, you can pick every house in the Bridle Path and most would be worth more than those picked here. As others have pointed out, Drake’s 44,500 sq ft house would be at or near the top. Allegedly cost $100 million to build (probably assessed at around half of that). And just because they are expensively assessed, or cost a lot to build, doesn’t make them “nice”. Decadent. Sure.
