Radhe Shyam's (opp New Delhi Railway Pahar Ganj side) Chole bhature. This shop never compromise to quality, Taste. I have been tasting past 40Years at starting whenever I am passing that area for sure. They were also offering Paneer, Pappd along with the present items. Also try their Sweet Lassi after Bhatures 👍👍👍

Absolutely unhygienic! Cooked in the pot that's rusted from outside. Choles were stored in dirty plastic drum! Of course taste is important but at the same time hygiene is just as important and can't be compromised.

Btw there are hundreds and thousands of street food vendors with better hygiene standards in India. My comment was based on what i saw in this food video. मै ४२ साल से राधे श्याम जी के छोले भटूरे खा रहा हूं। पहले यहां प्याज का प्रयोग नहीं होता था। दिल्ली में इनके मुकाबले के छोले भटूरे बहुत कम है। बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट है। कभी पेट में कोई गड़बड़ नहीं हुई।
