I can tell you, he’s not making it up, this happened to me a different way, we were sparring and my sparring partner was quite rough and he kicked me right there and followed up with a punch to my solar plexus, the pain was so bad, but two nut shots are far more painful.

I trained with Cyborg more or less a year after the injury and he was fine in spite of what happened. He did not had any scar from the surgery also, the only thing was that the skin of his forehead was really stretched, like when you have a face lift, no noticiable wrinkles and such. Also, he was an all around cool guy

Bellator 105 Des Green vs Angelo Sanchez. Green delivered an elbow to Sanchez's head opening a massive cut in his forehead. The doctor's expression while inspecting the cut should tell you how bad that cut was. Bellator 105 was actually the first event I saw back when the fights were back on Spike.
