This might be mainland China, but doubtful (road signs are in Chinese and English). Looks like either Hong Kong or Taiwan to me. In fact, it seems like I have been to a few of these locations in Taipei...at least it looks like that. Yes, the Taiwanese are like that...helpful..and very much so. Main land Chinese...not so much.

Chinese are some of the most caring in all of Asia. In Korea and Japan, you'll find nice people like this, but it will take a few more tries. They're nice there too, but trained more to keep to themselves and not interfere with others.

Yeah, but he made it more inefficient this way, all the weight was on his neck through the lady arms, he could have just put his hands near the back of her knees: still able to carry her efficiently but avoiding to touch her inappropriately.

I travelled to vietnam for uni from Australia. In their airport bathroom an Asian female approached me telling me my pants tie was undone. I was so tired and wasnt phased. She bent over and tied it up in the perfect bow. I will never forget that moment. Genuine care
