1. Friends instead of friend 2. Were instead of was (as verb depends on nearest subject which is plural) 3. Is increasing (after the number of students noun plural and verb singular) 4. 1. Friends ,because this of is comes here for the selection and selection will be done between more than one. 2. Were, neither and nor gives option so the verb will come acc to the nearest noun 3. Is , here subject is number (unit) so verb will come acc to this. 4. Was , because the rule of inversion is applied here and the (2miles beyond those buildings ) this whole phrase is used as adverb of place , and in this case the whole conversion is applied so, the mv + hv come before subject( isme confusion hai)

First :- one of my friends ayega kyuki one of ke baad plural noun ata hai isliye Second:- his accomplices plural noun ke according verb were ayegi Third :- bahut sare students me se kuch fix jo ki the numbers jo ki define hai the numbers uske according verb singular ayegi is Fourth:- those buildings beyond preposition ka object hai isliye sentence me 2 miles subject hai jo ki ek singular hai is were nhi was ayega Thanku so much sir 🙏🙏

So one of my friends 2.nither+.....nor+verbis according to adjacent subject so his accomplices were 3.the number of students is followed by singular verb so is increasing 4. 2 miles considerd as a singular subject so according to the subject verb must be singular (was located )

1. friends instead of friend because , there is the selection of friend in the sentence and selection can't be done with singular noun 2.were instead of was as the verb will be used with the latter sub (just convention) 3.is instead of are because the subject here is "The Number" and it takes singular verb 4.was instead of were as 2 miles is considered as singular entity

His accomplices were should come bcz verb follows the nearest parts of speech 3.The number of students using unfair means to pass the exams is increasing day by day. 4.2 miles beyond those buildings was located a small but beautiful temples, because here beyond act as a prepositional phrase so verb comes according to 2 miles, so singular verb must come. 1 one of my friends is used instead of one of my friend 2 were instead of was 3 is instead of are.... we use singular verb when using THE NUMBER OF and plural when using A NUMBER OF 4 was intead of were.... as inversion is used here and sub becomes ''2 miles'' which is singular
