The information and still photos are and should be credited to John Tabern, Chair and Project Director for Cannington Shaw who wrote the information and took the still photos I have provided for this video . Credit must also go out to the Cannington Shaw Preservation Trust CIC for all their work.
Correction Update: I said in the video that the project was awarded £25m , this is not actually correct , The £25 million was for several projects in the town, not just No: 7 Bottle Shop. Their share will allow them to complete phase 1.

Described by Historical England as possibly the most intact example of a late 19th century bottle shop anywhere in the world, The remains of the 1886 No7 bottle shop are nestled in a Merseyside Tesco car park!
The No.7 Bottle Shop will have a new lease of life. Together with St Helens Borough Council, Historic England and the people of the town, the Cannington Shaw Preservation Trust CIC is about to start the regeneration and repurposing of our heritage.
Today I took the drone over to the Grade II listed building to get a glimpse of the past before work starts , The vegetation covering the bottle shop has already been cut away and the whole area is now fenced and gated off, allowing us to get the drone up into the air and capture some amazing footage of what was the largest glass production facility in the whole world !
Hope you enjoy this one , if you do please hit the like and subscribe for me!
