My son and I are both intuitive empaths with autoimmune diseases.. we've had crazy symptoms of massive fatigue, restless legs and that restless feeling thru our bodies, heart palpitations, dizziness...etc ..I don't know that I believe in that ascension stuff, however. I think it's frequencies...

That’s a good word for how I felt this morning- uneasy. No physical body symptoms this time, and not quite emotional in the sense of expressing intensity in one direction or another. Just an uneasiness on the emotional level. As if I were walking on uncertain inner grounds. A strange sensation that lasted about 4 hours. Gone now, and I’m back in the zone.

I see what you mean Sylvia I run water over a wasj cloth and hold on my face sn I listen to vedic recitstions and day prayers to the Creator amd do some meditations 2x a day In thr evenimg I sit and see sun set then st 9pm I see fire flies, Sometimes deer running up thr hil😊

Excited 🫶🏼🕉️ when you say ‘intense.’ We will appreciate more grounding empathy around what we can not control. I will continue to learn to follow the lunar cycle of letting go, too. Things will calm down soon. Summer is here as a Pacific Coastal state of the US, we currently face wildfires exacerbated in winds and heat. I have been paying attention to the astrological transit charts reported re: physical energy effects of earth disturbances. Truly impressive how much of this energy has come to pass globally. As an American who was in the military I wouldn’t be too concerned about the Russian submarine in Cuba. Both navies have submerged nuclear powered vessels cruising near the coasts of both countries with weapons ready to launch on command. No question though that tensions are increasing everywhere militarily and otherwise. Wish I had money to be concerned about but that has so far been one of my shortcomings in retirement. Always wise and good advice I tune in to every broadcast. Thank you ❤

I gave my small Buddha statue a "warm-up" in my hand. It is all black, about 3 inches tall. He has one hand raised with fingers pointing up and the other hand in his lap. There is a circle behind his head, that some might call a "halo," but I perhaps don't know that word in the Asian traditions.

Wow, I've been recently experiencing sleep problems, although whoever knows me close enough, would never believe it, given I always nap frequently and can sleep under literally any conditions. Even my husband's light snoring would be perceived as a lullaby for me 😅 Now, on the other hand, I am experiencing a hard time to fall asleep deeply. It takes me an entire night (till 6-7am) to fall asleep. Strange.
