Sir in question 74 third statement is right bcoz as per evidence act, confession in front of police can not use as a evidence but as per PTA, 2002 confession before the police can use as a evidence

In stock market also we do long term investments , Hence it is also a capital market. { Capital markets are financial markets that bring buyers and sellers together to trade stocks, bonds, currencies, and other financial assets. Capital markets include the stock market and the bond market.} But treasury bill is not a capital Market it's a Money market. They are short-term investment instruments with three tenures of 91, 182 and 364 days.

In question no. 1, Meandering of *Burhi* Gandak River formed Kanwar Lake & not only Gandak River! I guess that's why UPSC marked it wrong!

Q77 statement 3 is wrong. In POTA Act confession of accussed before Police can be used as confession. Tabhi toh repeal kiya hoga due to its misuse. Logically toh sahi socha maine.🤔🤔

42:50 for question 37 there are 3 types of finance bill, 1. Money Bill, Finace bill (117 (1)) and Finance bill {117 (3)} And money bill is a type of financial bill so all the money bill are financial bill but all financial bills are not money bill. And joint sitting is allowed for financial bills expect money bill. Hence option (b) is correct by UPSC

No … there are 3 types of finance bills - money bill, financial bill(117(1) and financial bill 117(3). Money bill is a type of finance bill ! Joint sitting is allowed for financial bills not money bill. Financial bill 117(1) should be introduced by Lok Sabha only.

But to some extent we can balance it with static. At least 25-30 questions were from basic Static Knowledge. And cut off was just 75. So it was tough but doable.
