i think daughter and hemraj were having affair. She asked her parents to keep hemraj and not keep the other naukar. The dad became suspicious. After 2 days, he saw them together in bed. And killed Hemraj. And then he thought that his daughter might report it to police. So, killed her too. Since he had extra marital affair, it is very possible that didn't love his wife and child. As said by the forensic team, the cuts appeared to be done by a surgeon. And what co-incidence, the father had his own clinic. All this points to one direction only. And about the handprint of blood, the father might have done that with the hand of hemraj in the hope that police would suspect him of killing the daughter first. Also, the father didn't want the police to go upstairs coz he wanted to hide the blood.

This is the type of content i pay my bills for. Really good animation and pure explanation. From my POV, i think it's her mother cuz she was also a doc and could have made a clear incision. if parents let others on scene and tamper everything, and use their medical authority to manipulate reports, obviously police can't do their job properly. even the grill door that was outside talwars home was removed by talwars during trial so nobody can suggest how nupur told bharti hemraj went outside for milk and the door was locked.

Imagine करो आप एक flat मे पिछले छ महीने से रह रहे हो, तो जाहिर सी बात है कि आपके वहां के चौकीदार अच्छी दोस्ती हो जाएगी । एसा बिल्कुल possible है कि उस रात हेमराज ने चौकीदार को बुलाया हो या फिर खुद वो चौकीदार वहां आया हो और ये दोने छत पर गए हों और वहां उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा हो और फिर नीचे आकर Arushi को मारा और एक और important बात , चौकीदार की जगह कोई और व्यक्ति भी हो सकता है, कोई पडोसी या society आस पास का कोई व्यक्ति । और चौकीदार के लिए घर के तालों की चाबियां बनवाना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी और फिर हम उस नौकरानी को कैसे भूल सकते हैं, उसके लिए चाबी हासिल करना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी वह भी इसमे मिली हो सकती है ।

Rajesh and Nupur are involved in the murder. Apart from the argument of why a parent will kill his own child, everything else points to the couple's involvement. One detail this story did not mention was that, news reported that Aarushi was cremated in Haridwar in a lot of hurry. Why was Arushi cremated in Haridwar? There is nothing mysterious about this case. Learned Trial Court convicted both of the parents with correct appreciation of Evidence, it is Honble HC which complicated it by denial of some crucial evidence. The lack of professionalism and efficiency of Police team made this complicated and hence "mysterious". SC Judgement awaited.

I think the original statement given by UP police was correct. It's clear that the parents killed her. But why would they kill Hemraj too? Most likely because they had an affair. Rajesh Talwar first killed Hemraj, and after that Ayushi would have become fierce and threatened to tell everyone. So they killed her too.

Why killer bothered to change her clothes? There were blood spats by Aarushi's bed wall. But the teddy's on the bed had no blood on it and no blood was on her school bag lying next to her. Why killer left Aarushi's bedroom key in the draw of their front room and took the rest of the key set? Why Talvaar allowed so many people to walk to their house before Police arrived? They knew the police in India are always greedy for money and they lure them with a reward if they find Hemraj? Why no one thinks that whiskey (alcohol) could be used to clean the bloodstains and DNA. Hemraj could have fallen from the bed on one side. Even he did bleed there then the killer might have noticed his blood is only on a specific portion where he originally fell. And it was easy to clean his blood with wipes and later with Whiskey. If Hemraj did only had blood at the terrace then who's blood was on the stairs? Is it the possibility Hemraj was half-dead or unconscious with a hit at his head, then he was dragged upstairs and then to make sure his death his throat was slit. The swollen penis is a sign of uncompleted sexual intercourse when men are about to discharge during sex and for some reason when men are distracted or forcefully stopped at that time then part of the discharge travelers from the testicles and returns back. Which causes lots of pain and the penis does swell. Why killer would bother to take both mobiles away? And delete Aarushi's data on her mobile? How it was discovered by a maid in the park nearby Talvaar's flat? Krishna can't do that because he was in the custody at that time? In Krishna's Narco test, I have heard his answers carefully. He was answering the possibility of murder weapons as Kukhri. He also assumed Hemraj mobile could have been destroyed in water but Hemraj mobile was discovered later on. When anyone is drugged up then that individual could answer a question from his previous old memory. That answer cannot be rated to a specific incident. That's why Narco is not admissible by courts. If anyone doesn't believe this then they can perform the Narco test on themselves and can see the results. When Nupur was about to pass the keys to her maid she said that outer door is unlocked. How did she know that? If she couldn't even cross the second door which was latched from outside? And that door was in the middle of Hemraj's door and the outer door. There were 2 killer husband and wife. A husband might have moved the fridge and were ready to come out in between 3 doors. When the maid arrived at their flat in the morning. While Nupur took the time to pass the keys, Rajesh opened the front mesh/metal door and quickly went inside and moved the fridge back and pretend to be upset by Aarushi's body. If anyone doesn't believe then I can physically perform that door opening and Fridge movement in that short time. Talvaar had sent out the murder weapon, mobile phones, and Aarushi's clothes with their family before Police arrived. That's why they allowed so many people to the crime scene to distract police and mess with evidence. Talvaar's were not shocked in fact their brains were working out who is the murderer. They claimed Hemraj as he was missing. So why brainer Talvaars allowed other people on their premises? How Nupur heard the doorbell noise while the loud AC was on? Even she did wake up with doorbell then when she did not spot Aarushi's door is left open prior to responding maid? All of the Nupur's TV interview or in the short caps she answered every single question in details before the incident, because she remembers every little thing in detail. It seems to me, after hearing this case, that some questions remain. 1. Surely the two bodies have been postmortemed? According to his report, the cause of death is mentioned along with the time? 2. Were there any fingerprints on the bottle of wine found? 3. Nupur's mother went to the roof to give the keys to the maid. Did he not see the body of the servant? If not, then why? Something more, which can be said by clear investigation.
