For anyone wondering about the horse being shaved... This is called clipping. Most equestrians do this in the winter if they have a horse in constant work, because their hair gets longer due to the cold and it's like wearing a winter jacket to the gym when they get ridden/exercised. Since their hair is so short after they are clipped, they wear a blanket when it's cold so they don't freeze, but when it's warm enough or if they're being exercised, the blanket comes off. No, horses coats don't grow endlessly 😂 It just gets longer in the winter. Hope this helped!

Hey, equestrian here to answer your questions about shaving a horse,yes they're hair continues to grow,we mostly shave them during summer so that they are cooler when riding and other useful purposes,you don't have to shave them like my family never shaved our horses because we never did shows and things,they were mostly for general riding and we also never jumped them because me nor my mum knows how to jump so they weren't doing any hard physical lessons and things so it wasn't necessary and yes there are some long haired horses like the gypsy vanners,friesians and the iconic curly. If you didn't know this you just learned something new! I love your videos❣️
