Well workers see Safety as a burden, don't understand it is better for them. I am a supervisor in workshop and 50 manpower working under me. I warned them many times if they don't work with safety I will fire them, but they don't listen. They say it is difficult to work by wearing safety equipment. If company force them with safety, they just break the safety equipment and say it is broken so we will not use it give us new one, if we give them new. They break it again. Problem with Asian workers is they see Safety as a burden

A lot of this is oddly hypnotic to watch. I'm sure some of these videos are sped up but it's amazing how quickly and proficiently people and machines can work.
@realulli
@realulli Жыл бұрын
I don't think anything is sped up. Time is money and they do stuff as fast as they can. Actually, some of the large stuff looks slow, but that is due to the cutting speed of the tool/material combination - that is always the same, whether it is small or large. The tiny stuff just looks fast because it has to rotate fast to get the same speed relative to the tool (I once visited a large steel mill where they were turning some piece that had several feet in diameter. It spun at maybe 4 rpm... Also that bending/casting stuff - tiny stuff is easy to get fast, for larger stuff it's really hard. You might want to visit Munro Live, the channel of a mechanical engineer. He has a rather long video where he was visiting Idra, the company making the gigacasting machines for Tesla. Apparently, casting 1/3 of the frame of a car is a non-trivial exercise...

Employing millions of people all across America. Until manufacturers and big business took it all overseas and into Mexico. Due to Government rules and the cost of paying what most Americans wanted to do the same jobs. Things like NAFTA cut the legs from under industry in America. I sure am happy that I got to live in the USA before she was sold out by her own big corporations as well as the Government. While the people went along with it. @@AimeeAimee444 it's not just a "man" thing. Machines usually do the same thing over and over again for the most part. What about people getting fatigued towards the end of the day or those who didn't get enough sleep the previous night? I'll bet they don't make a video showing all the accidents they've had using such unsafe techniques.

How easy to create new contend. Take videos from other platforms, mirror them and just so you have another video.

I find it beautiful and sad. Beautiful that these people are developing skills so highly needed and necessary for mankind, and truly sad that none of them are in the US.

Hoping this video is from the 90s or something; if not this would explain the quality on Amazon. Also, never complaining about my own job again (well maybe a little).

It would be nice to know what the end product is going to be, before they go on to the next thing.
