The workers are amazing but what really delivers results for me as I have experienced myself is the CNC'd fretboard cutting, perfection intonation from the first fret to the last

Very impressive skill's and amazing complex processes shown here of diverse products being produced, 😀.... So now I know how to make a guitar and a manhole cover and a cromed brass faucet because now "I am full bottle" on all the intricate processes - as the local slang here describe knowing how to do something - which now will include how to make synthetic leather and biodegradable straws etc.. (Just joking off cause). Oh yes, if only it was that easy.🙄 Knowing what need to be done and how to do it takes years to learn, and designing the required machinery etc is often a very complex process, as is caliberating everything. A very well made video of those interesting manufacturing processes, processes that all have to function perfectely like the parts in a Swiss watch, - something the average consumer likely don't give much consideration.! 🤐 PS, and "warmongering political tyrants" will without hesitation destroy factories like that (and the very skilled workers) in the blink of an eye, if doing that could make them (the tyrant political leader) a legend 😎... Likely most people tend to forget about that very dark side of humanity, the horrendously destructive traits, unless it directely affect them.🤔!!!

After seeing the Crafter factory, I will never look askance at a factory-made guitar, again. How can a guy whittling on a piece of wood in his garage, surrounded by his shop-made, MDF jigs and fixtures possibly make a better product? Quality control? Every Crafter craftsman (who performs the SAME task COUNTLESS times each day) touching a guitar, is a Quality Control guy. To say that Crafter's guitars are inferior is akin to saying a manmade, yet FLAWLESS diamond is inferior to the thing dug out of the ground.
