First the deal is amazing. If you have a inclination about gaining some freedom from the craziness of air travel. Also the upgrades are definitely showing the companies are listening to customers. From changing the placement of hookups to screens. The upgraded AC would be a huge bonus. Last for anyone intimidated by driving a RV technology has been a huge help. Cameras and radar will help people feel comfortable.

Hi John. We got our 20210 Beyond 22C non LI from Troy Ohio in May and LOVE it. We live in Monroeville and were fortunate to catch our dream model the day it hit the lot without having to order…..otherwise we would have made the trip to Florida. I like how this one is configured. You could get a ramp and install some D-rings in the rear floor and put a dirt bike up inside. I didn't notice where the other table goes?

Very nicely done! Although we are getting a different Class B, the Beyond is one of my favorites. The 600ah lithium should last quite a while with the 12v A/C (depends on how good the insulation is of course). If the system has a second alternator, charging the batteries back up shouldn't take more than a three hours or so, I should think. Hate that prices are going up so much though. It cuts into the dealers profit margin and negotiating capability. Then again... a free flight and a trip to Disney would be very nice! Be seeing you!

Also, the D version needs a shower connection at the rear so you can take an outside shower between the doors for privacy. Also need a vent fan in the shower...just say'n.

Everyone keeps posting videos of Coachmen's vans. They've really improved. They are more luxurious and utilize space better. Better quality components. It looks like they are going straight for Winnebago and Airstream. Airstream looks great but on board power is still lacking without Volta systems.

Gorgeous! Love it. So glad Ford made an AWD. Question, I think you said to start it pulls off the house battery. Hmm - what if it is dead? Really like the insulation to be able to go to -5F. Is there a 20' long one? Many campgrounds won't accept longer than that. (IE: Acadia Blackwoods), and it is much easier to park a 20', and better for driving on small curvey hilly dirt roads.

I remember in a past video Nick discussed why these Van's are not lifted like the MB Van's are. Is it possible to order these vans with a 3" lift or can that be done aftermarket? Once again, thanks for an information packed video!

You're welcome Adam, good question as I've been thinking about that myself...I think aftermarket is the way to go if you want to add a lift, I was considering maybe doing airbags for flexibility, I'm just not sure it would be worth it...the problem as I see it is the height of the overall van...in my factory tour video with Ron from American Coach we talk about this in relation to the Ford vans...

Never had it even road in RV. Looking for one to travel in solo mainly. Also need one when power is out. Our last two hurricanes, we were out of power for at least 2 weeks. Tired of having to travel to another state and stuck there because the power is out: therefore being at risk of a break in, lost of food and more.

Ecoboost means high pressure engine..which is why they don’t last like older models. Yes better performance short term..but long term you not getting paid when you trade it in for sure.

This question is for nick. How come you don't tell how much the water tanks hold. Or if it's four season. I would have to know this because of the climate I live in. And I would have to have it all heated so nothing will freeze. Because I plan on living in it it year round.

Personally I don't want all of the connections on the outside exposed. I am looking for stealth, that's why I like the American Coach Patriot Freedom MD2. It's beautiful and sleek because it doesn't expose all of the connections.

Being in the south where A/C is 24/7 during the summer is a must, can the lithium-solar meet that demand without shore power say if you are boondocking for a couple of days?

good question Tuten...I don't have lithium yet however I would say you would need to at least run the engine and or drive around for a Quite few hours to recharge the lithium batteries...solar is really just a trickle charge in full sun and does nothing at night

I have a 2121 Coachmen Beyond 22D. When is Coachmen going to replace their cheapo rear and side door screens with a magnetic type (Rolef) screen. I had a 2018 Roadtrek with the magnetic screens and it worked really well. The current Coachmen screens continue to creep out of their tracks. Also, the rear storage under the floor should have drawers like Decked, to get to any thing you store there. Just saying.. Otherwise, I like our Beyond.

Another question. I dont suppose with all the outside cameras that you could monitor them from the TV or app on phone for security purposes if you hear strange noises outside when curtains are drawn? If not built in security cameras with motion censors would be great idea.

I am seriously considering one of these units but have been trying to determine if the solar (1 x 195w) package can be upgraded perhaps to 500w. Also, the standard Lithium package is 630Ah. I would like to upgrade that also. I have not be able to determine if this can be done, much less WHO can do it. I don't suspect it can be ordered that way from Coachmen.

Why didnt they put MWave elsewhere? Why didnt they Insulate Roof AC? Will they or do they have with a Slideout and Murphy bed? Will they build a dry bathrm? Electric seats up frnt? All Gas, or will they make gas/Electric. Eventually will they ever build 100 % Electric? Thx.

I just ordered my 22D Li3 Saturday and love this video! I owned a 22C Li3 2021 last summer but lost a battle with a Semi-truck in the fall in a freak snow/ice storm! Survived with out a scratch! I switched to the D so I could slip my kayak between the seats so loved seeing the back of the van! There are two beige rectangles on either side of the back bench seats, when you open the back doors what are they?

You referring to the padded cupholders on the bench that flip over and become head rests when laying on the bench; the head support flips up or can be in down flat position when not in use.

I'm a Nova owner and the TV mount looks like dump in all these. The cables are super unsightly. The speakers also sound like garbage. My mount for the TV isn't even close to straight, either.

Do you need to replace all tires if one tire goes bad. Been hearing a few companies haven't fixed the programming to address the issue of the transfer case engaging because the computer thinks one tire is slipping due to weight difference in tires when changed.

But is it really an air conditioner or is it a swamp cooler? I talked to a van buddy and he said he was told that unit is a swamp cooler and not an ac, and if he should have 12v ac he should look for something like the cruisencomfort. I don't know so pls enlighten me.

Great video, love this van. I wish Coachman would make one with a drop down bunk. Two people sleeping isn't enough, at this price point. Plus make it fit under a nine foot residential garage door. I could justify then, making this a daily driver. Lastly not a fan eco boost. Timing chains and carbine build up. This is a cool vehicle especially all wheel drive. Ford needs to offer this van with 5.0 coyote or eco diesel.
