In this second episode, I will share a takjil recipe that is much sought after. And coincidentally there was an order for risol for a social gathering so I made the recipe too... because risol can be frozen, I made it the day before the event. There's no need to worry about it being stale because it's already cooked inside.

500 gr of flour gets 54 pcs
Teflon diameter 16 cm
Leather material 500 gr wheat flour
4 tbsp tapioca flour
1,100-1,200 ml water (adjust)
2 eggs
3 tbsp cooking oil
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp stock powder
Baluran
1/4 gr fine Chopper bread flour
150 gr wheat flour
Enough water
Stuffing
20 pcs sausages, 1 pc split into 4
10 boiled eggs
1 pack mayonnaise
2 sachets of SKM milk
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp tomato sauce
Tips:
1. For the skin dough, you must leave it for about 30 minutes so that the skin is flexible and doesn't tear easily
2. Chopper/blender fine bread flour if you want more results
3. If you want more results, use a smaller diameter Teflon
4. Just pour the skin mixture thinly, don't make it too thick, because if it's thick it can't be folded and the results will break
