This house includes most of the features I look for. The kitchen stove is tucked into an awkward spot and relies on an ineffective microwave exhaust, but there is a lovely, big pantry. The master bathroom is as big as the master bedroom, and some of that square footage could be used in the cramped dining area on the other side of the wall. With some adjustments, this is a good plan.

If I were to purchase this house, the only thing I would change is that the laundry room is near the kitchen and pantry. I would have it in the little office room next to the bedrooms.

Dimensions? Square footage? I like. Just a few design changes I would make. The roof is simple making construction costs smaller. Open design but not too open. Very nice

I would remove cabinet for the front door, bear wall. Bathroom wall too much😮 but l love the house

I found the house bland except the master bath. The fridge barely fits and is only for a single person, any bigger it will end up outside. The dining area is tight and the wall colors are very ugly.
