Hey Shweta, that banana variety is called Nentram pazham which is native to Kerala and usually we have it steamed or cooked only.

That bananna variety is called Nendram.....it has more of vitamin c .... It is ready to eat only when it turns black or we can steam it when still yellow Also in south you have many varieties of banannas..each variety tastes and feel unique

Kerala ayurvedic is very popular not only in india but globally as well. And you are very lucky Shweta Madam to become a part of Ayurvedic centre. Good video but with due respect pls read my sincere feedback while giving location u said 1 hour from kerala If I tell to go to xyz remote place and tell its 1 hour from maharashtra will u be able to reach Kerala is a state , not a landmark , or a railway or a airport Also 22k is per night or for 3 days Video is big enough but not properly divided into segments in giving all details for reaching , other stuffs , cost , kinds of treatment, peak season details , etc

Thanks for your feedback. Mentioned kerala by error in the beginning, but have shown kochi airport on screen and mentioned chalakudy town. So it's an hour away from Kochi. Hope that explains. The video is my day wise experience to maintain authenticity and what I actually felt during the stay. Prices are per night per room. But of course you can clarify with the team about further inclusions / exclusions.
