I have been travelling the world too and have a son in law in India, who we visit regularly. Been to remote corners of the world and I have the right tosay this is dirty, this is clean. Your travels haven’t given you the tolerance for contra opinions. In vaine!

Фу какая антисанитария. Искупали грязное пластиковое ведро в растворе сухого молока , кажется, два мешка сахара это же 100 кило если они по 50... Жуть какая-то. И что это за фрукт или овощ такой? Никогда не любила Индию, особенно ее сладости. Зато люблю специи, очень надеюсь не увидеть что их изготавливают в таких же примитивно грязных условиях. Кто-то же ест их продукцию. И у нас бывает такая же нечистоплотность, далекая от автоматизации и облегчения процесса. Бяя

It's an Ash gourd. Kohala or petha in local language. Its boiled in water and sugar syrup so the end product ie Petha is hygienic. Petha is very sweet but has a unique flavor of its own , just rub out outer crust of dried sugar and bite in to inner crunchy semi transparent , slightly juicy core. Petha tastes thousands time better than marshmallow 😊 Marshmallow is just disgusting🤮
