MitSna's MOT 2019: Streamlining Education for the Youth held on 14th of September, 2019 at GM Hall is a Massive Open Talk show organised MitSna, a non profit student based group.

Summary: Roshnikumar Yambem, Founder Globiz talks about the value system in life and how important it is for a person to possess certain values that he or she believes in.He narrates his story of how he failed at his attempt to smoke, of how he stopped drinking, the relationship of his parents and him and how he overcame all his financial problems. He shares about how he developed his values and that It might vary from one person to the other. What is considered right for one person may not be the case for another. But he is of the opinion that it is certainly a must for a person to acknowledge some standard values and abide by those so as to become someone successful or productive. .And whenever there is a conflict of values, he insists to choose the conservative one as it is a safer option. In short, he advices the youths about the need of values in our lives and wants us to change our ways for the better.
The Massive Open Talk envisioned as MitSna’s MOT is being organized with the vision to not only increase the employability of our youth, but also create a generation of employers and young entrepreneurs and over and ability above instill in them a sense of commitment to the society.

The event aimed to bring to light the following issues:-
•The rigid and the outdated education system in the state and the need to adapt to the changing pace of technology.
•The need to de-stigmatize nonacademic education and reinstate vocational training,sports, art, music and drama.
•The issue of ‘Education for the sake of education’.
•Institutionalization of institutions in Manipur turning education into a commodity.
