Moth Dal Sprouts are a culinary vegetable grown by sprouting moth beans. All you need are some moth beans/moth lentils, a colander or a mixing bowl, a lid and some water. Also known as moth lentils or matki, moth beans are small brown beans with a yellow interior. They have a strong, earthy aroma and a rich nutty flavor when cooked.
