this whole video just made me so mad. The chef, the husband, the MIL. first, the chef thinks that being strict will make his other chefs do better. And she takes out her frustration of pressure from her MIL. That's not a good example at all. It's not bad if you're strict but be strict at intended times. The husband is really inconsiderate. Especially when the second batch of food was still cooking, he said something as to why it was taking long and says something that would trigger the anger more. He's not being considerate of his wife- the chef from the moment her mother came into the restaurant. The MIL is too much. She thinks too highly of herself making herself look as a good MIL but the moment she just came without notice and brings stuff and literally making them do superstition stuff DURING WORK HOURS is really not a good sign of a MIL or basically a RED FLAG. She thinks just because she has a DIL that is successful, thinks that they share it. Yes, they're family but that's not how it works. And rudely making comments in front of her friends to make her look like she has standards but it's just a matter of showing off. I've always enjoy boss in the mirror episodes but this just is too much. TOO MUCH ITS DISAPPOINTING!

I do not like the chef scolding him based on mother in law’s test bud…she has to stick to her chef’s principals and the food she sells. If she thinks the food the guy chef cooked was good, she can not ask them cook better so her mother in law will like it

So funny to read the comments of bosses being so "toxic" in a work place, shows that they never worked in their life or worked in a restaurant nontheless. Especially in a Korean restaurant, its totally different but hey everyones a spectator and not the Athlete so what do they know? Shes cooking for her mother in law for fcks sake here, someone who also used to cook as well. Meaning if its not perfect then its not good and she gets judged.
