This reminds me of my anxiety, cause whenever I think "hey, today's gonna be fine!" that shitty feeling of dread in my heart resurfaces once again.

I have an anxiety disorder and it gets much worse at night. My family gets upset if I talk about my feelings. I feel like I can't get past the panic and worry without acknowledging it. This song really, really helps. I love how calming it is despite the lyrics

i actually really love this song because it's so upbeat about that all-too-familiar feeling of doom caused by anxiety and stress (usually a result of my procrastination). Usually i just spiral because then i feel shitty for being like this which makes me get less done which makes me feel shitty for being like this which makes... you get the idea. Anyway this song is kinda encouraging in that i realize everyone does that and that you can power through it. Some days are just shitty. That's all it is :)

Sometimes i think i love them too much and then i realize this is Mother Mother i'm talking about. Perfection deserves ALL my love.
