Such a large gathering! Took me back to the 8th century of the Israelites how they gathered and give prayers, offerings and sacrifices for the LORD! Yet prophet Amos was sad and pointed out two main distinctive actions done by them (LoDebar and Karniam), the Israelites actions towards this two cities in the midst of their large gathering in worship is very much similar to our Naga's context! A beautiful sights to see the numerous worshippers! At the end of the day the good Lord will deal our actions accordingly for our deeds done in visible reality before the dawn of invisible realm. May the merciful LORD bless the Nagas. Amen

This beautiful Zunheboto Baptist Church will forever be a monument to the Sumi Tribes. A hardworking and industrious people who love God and are unashamed to proclaim their faith in their daily lives. One must give honor to the leadership of the Church and State who have through the years maintained the true gospel that Nagaland is today the largest Baptist community outside the USA. Since the establishment of the Church Baptists have been faithful to Christs command to go into all the world and preach the gospel. What is most amazing is that the Nagas are not an extremely wealthy nation with natural resources but are mainly a working class people inspired by their faith. To organise the Mothers Day event is a big job in itself and the ushers need to be commended for excellent crowd control and the smooth way in which gifts were distributed to every mother. Truly a great day to honor mothers but the young men dressed in their garb thrilled the large audience with their cultural dance and singing in honor of their glorious past.
