I’ve eaten Factor for 3 years. I used to get the Keto friendly meals. What I like about them is that their meals are already prepared. Just put them in the microwave for 2 mins or so and VIOLA!!!

Cantonese people actually use corn starch and flour AND sugar for crispier chicken. They also double fry it. I tried it for the first time and I will never ever go back to the old way of frying chicken.

I don’t know what cooking oil you use but if you was to use coconut oil, it’ll get way better taste plus it healthier and wanna affect you healthwise plus coconut oil helps you lose weight not gain weight or be fat in your body FYI 🙌🏽👍🏼😉

OMG Thank You for the tip about how to take the "tenden" out! I HATE them in my chicken so I usually just cut them out but then I end up wasting alot of it!
