I don't think I've done this any justice, but I hope it helps. I'm very repetitive and breathy (preggo problems), but I am genuinely so so pleased and in love with this pram. The price, the quality, the design, it really is my favourite pram so far. Well done, Mothercare. A very popular pram that is hard to get hold of!!!
p.s I have a hole in my leggings. I'm SO past caring hahaha!

UPDATE!! I have been using this pram for 7 months and I still absolutely love it. My son has just gone into the seat unit (he still fits in the carry cot but he wanted to be able to look around) and it's just amazing. Such a comfortable pram for parent/carer & baby. The only flaw I've found is the raincover, it's so thin and rips so easily so do be careful. Please do subscribe if you're here, lots of love! Amy xxxxx

@@LouiseMcvey the raincover is absolutely fine on the seat unit (I used it for the first time on it the other day), it's just when you put it on the carrycot. I think if you're careful you'll be fine. The universal raincover is a good idea, they just arent very fitted but I'm sure it will do the job! Xxxx

So so helpful, my son is actually five months old now but initially we made the mistake of getting a second hand pram. Needless to say it has already started to fall apart, so we invested in this very pram! So glad I did now it looks fab can’t wait too get him in it!

This is great! We are expecting our second, 8 years after having our first. This time around we are far more financially stable and I was going to go for something more expensive like the icandy or egg. I popped into mothercare yesterday and saw this and thought it looked great, really easy to change the seat units, massive storage underneath and I just love the zip compartment. It’s so similar to an icandy peach but a fraction of the cost. We have decided to be level headed and go for the edit... and I’m not feeling like it’s a compromise!

My exact thought process too. 7 months on and I still love it. We've only just put my son in the seat unit (he still fits in the carry cot but has started to want to look around alot more) and I just love it even more!!!! The seat unit is just lovely. And with the liner too! I'm so so so happy with it. I still cant believe how much of a bargain it is too. I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well, lots of love xxxxx

We've bought this pram for our daughter who's due in April! Haven't opened it yet but fell in love with it in store, it looks so expensive and so easy to move. Love your videos and how honest you are 🙂

I love my navy edit! I'm second time round too and wasn't buying a new pram but I fell in love with the edit and stalked the mothercare website until it was in stock! My 6 month old still comfortably fits in the carrycot and it's so well balanced that I can carry her in and out of the house in it, brilliant as I can't get a pram past my car 😂 The basket is huge and easily holding all the Christmas shopping, the zip compartment is brilliant, so useful. I loved that it doesn't come with a carseat as I have a Joie 360 spin so I didn't need one. I'm so unbelievably happy with it

Ah that's amazing to read that your 6 month old still fits in the carrycot. Honestly, i'm so impressed with it, and it's such amazing value for money, it's crazy! Oooo i'm jealous of your carseat, they look so good!!! I bet it saves your back! I might have to invest in one of those when we upgrade carseat. xxxxx

@@Amyscounsellingpractice I recommend the spin 360, I travel a lot and did so much research, although it doesn't recline as much as the others the newborn padding keeps baby flatter which helps prevent breathing problems because they're not curled up in the seat. It looked more like my little one was lying down, and she looked so comfy. The spin is definitely making a difference to my back and it's so much easier to get her in and out of the car.

Thanks for the review! Just bought the updated colour Edit, £175 in boots Black Friday. Bargain!! Plus £17 of boots points coming my way 👍🏼 The £1000+ ones are beautiful and I’m sure fantastic quality, but I can’t justify it, this looks like a brilliant compromise, can’t wait for it to arrive!

I love the pram so far (been using since April for 10 weeks now) hate the raincover though. Was extra gentle as I had read how rubbish it was but still ripped on first use. It's took over a month and mothercare sending 2 wrong raincovers before I've finally received the correct one! The new one looks to have added stitches on the seams where it split so fingers crossed its better this time 🤞

Further to this. Used my new raincover mothercare sent to replace my ripped one. It's definitely better. The fit isn't as snug which reduces the risk of it ripping and the seems where it would rip now have stitches along them!

UPDATE!!! YOU CAN PUT THE HOOD FROM THE SEAT UNIT ONTO THE CARRYCOT SO BABY CAN BE MORE SHELTERED AS THE HOOD FROM THE SEAT UNIT EXTENDS!!!! PERFECT FOR SUMMER BABIES!!!

I've just had 3 months in this summer not realising this so rushed to find the pram hood but I don't know whether it's just ours but the zips on the hood are opposite to the zip on the carrycot which means it won't attach! So annoying

My son is 18 months old. The pram is great but how do you extend the harness shoulder straps please? I've tried making it bigger but not extending mush and not fitting on his shoulders properly and looks tight

I just bought the Original Journey travel system in khaki. I'm so in love. Do not know why people would spend up to £1000 on a pushchair when Mothercare are selling such quality for an affordable price!

I saw your video and happens my pregnant wife and i lust looking for prams because we are expecting our first baby, and really we dont know nothing about prams. And I was going to go for something more expensive.But after your review i will go tommorow into a mothercare to see it closer. so far it looks great,, very pretty, really easy to change the seat units. if all is as you said and i beleve you,and see it live i will buy it. Thank you so so much! Huge congratulations to you & your wife. You will not regret going for this pram, it should be more expensive because the quality is amazing. 7 months in & I still absolutely love it. Just be careful with the rain cover as it's very thin & can rip. The frame hasn't even scratched which I found happened very easily with other prams I've owned. I hope you love it just as much as I do. :) xxxx

I have just assembled mine and it looks like the carry cot is slightly tilted to the back with no way of adjusting it. Is this normal. Thanks

Hi , loved your review , do you or anyone who may read this know if the infant car seat (that comes with the travel system) cover is removable for washing ? Hello. Thank you so much. I imagine it does as most do, i think it's just a case of lifting the material off. Failing that, a bowl of hot water with a bit of fairy non bio, a bit of stain remover and a cloth will get it up lovely and smelling divine!! I do that on our bigger carseats, it works a treat. But I dont see why the material wont come off, I think most have to tbh. Good luck! And wishing you all the best for your new arrival xxxxx

Does the foot muff come apart so you can just use the liner part? Online it’s all listed as separates, but it doesn’t look like it comes apart?! Thank you x

Hiya I'm a first time mum and really want this pram, just wondering what car eat you used with it that was compatible? Debating whether to even get a carry cot that can go on it or just have a car seat in the car constantly xxxxx

Hello Nicole. I have a Maxi cosi cabriofix. I considered the same but I just love the convenience of being able to put the carseat on top of the pram when needing to run into a shop etc etc. Instead of the hassle of having to take them out the carseat, put the carrycot/pram seat on, put them in it, then go. Its sooo much easier being able to put the carseat straight onto the pram when needed. Especially if you do just need to get out quickly. That's what made me stick with a maxi cosi instead of one that stays in the car. Xxxx

I’m expecting my second December time would u say this pram is good ? Is it lightweight and easy to use ...I have a venicci but it’s pretty heavy duty and I might be getting a section so have to think realistic xx

How beautiful im interested but the only negative is it says max child weight 15 kg where as most of other goes up to 25 kg .

15kg is about the average weight for a 3.5 year old. I know all toddlers are different, but in my opinion I think 15kg is more than enough xxx 💓

I believe so! It comes with adaptors and I think most carseats clip into them. I liked that this has a seperate carrycot, whereas carrycot turns into the seat unit on the Journey. Thats a pro and a con for some people. Depends what youre looking for, if its the whole package, inc car seat and to save money and space then id go for the journey xxxxx

Omg i still absolutely love it!!! Its sooo good. I'm yet to use the big seat part as my nearly 5 month old is still in his carrycot. But it really is such amazing value for money. The only flaw so far is the raincover, it's very thin and rips easily so be careful with it xxxxx

I still use it, it’s still going strong, but not as much as he’s 3.5 but he still needs a pram for certain things, long walks etc . I had to take the hood off because he was too tall for it, his head was scrunched with it on, he looks big in it because he is big but the seat part is so deep he has so much room in it still, he’s still so comfortable in it!! Honestly the best pram ever!! Xxxx

Hi, I have the journey not the journey edit I presume they are very similar though in which case the carseat is just used with a seatbelt there is no base/isofix x

I have the maxi cosi carseat and I use a base, but you can just strap it in with the seatbelt. This pram doesn't come with a carseat though :) xxx

Hello, I am watching this in June 2020, I have managed to buy the travel system but unfortunately does not have the bag. Is there any chance that I could still find it ? Looked on all UK website, I really love it an wish to find it somehow. Please can somebody advise me?!

Hello lovely. Im not sure if im honest. Maybe keep an eye out on ebay. But I did not like the bag at all, its big but quite small inside, ive done a video review on the changing bag i have now and i still LOVE it, its a backpack one. It was less than £30 and its the best changing bag ive ever had and fits lovely on the pram. So in my opinion, dont bother searching for the mothercare one! Xxxxxx

Hello. Its actually really good. My 5yr old daughter stands on the frame where the back wheels are and the suspension is still great with her on it. Not that I'd recommend doing that 🙈 hope that helps xx

Personal preference, but its quilted. I dont use one :) newborns dont need a pillow, just blankets xxx

I've just bought this pram, in grey, for my daughter who is due her first in June. I took her in to Mothercare and said she could choose. I was sweating at the prospect of open wallet surgery but she chose this amazing pram and I don't see how the £1000 jobbies could be any better than this! This is a Rolls Royce for Mondeo money! So happy with this pram. Btw this video is adorable, infact I love it! I'm obsessed with it! 😆 Keep up the good work!

I wouldn't recommend the change bag. I've just done a review on a backpack style bag, its AMAZING! I found the mothercare one to be a bit pants. And expensive!!! Also be careful with the raincover on the carrycot xxxx

@@saniasyed7910 This one doesnt come with the carseat or the bag included they are extra. But this is the upgrade. The one in the lower price range comes with the carseat. I'll see if I can get both the links to each pram. Does that help? Sorry if I wasnt clear before :)
