Hi! I purchased this machine and came to watch a video because I was worried the level does not increase or decrease when I press the arrows for "Up" /"down" . I found your video and noticed the same exact thing happened to you. Do you know why that might be? Could It be because the electrodes are not attached to the body? I'm worried about the machine not working when I am in labour . Thanks a lot!

Hi, thank you for your question. Yes the electrodes need to be attached to your body to complete the circuit so that it will work properly. You can test in on yourself after 37 weeks or use your partners back to test it.

I've tried putting the electrodes on my body, but the machine still doesn't work and is doing the same thing as your video. What can I do?
