Everyone is judged by their physical appearance, it is hardly limited to women. Capabilities take time to show themselves, and in this video the lady has more than shown her abilities that she has both. What is disappointing is your shallow response to other people's shallow comments.

Because women like it. If not, they would not bother with makeup and fitting clothes and keeping slim. Basically, it is in the female DNA to want to be attractive. Show me a woman who does not go for hair care or puts on at least a lipstick and you show me either a man or a butch.
