Foodworks Presents - Motichoor Ladoos or Motichur Laddu. Secret recipe formula of this motichoor ladoos is small boondi made with gram or besan or chickpea flour batter using special ladle in ghee, soaked in hot orange colored sugar syrup and shaped perfect motichoor ladoo. Everyone favorite sweet in Indian sub-continent, Motichur laddu mostly prepared for Festivals like diwali, wedding and other special occasions.
Here we made DIY ladle from the usual ladle to prepare perfect motichur laddu, and the motichoor ladoo secret recipe turned well and tastes way better than the store bought Indian sweets. Only trick part is timing and perfect measurements of the Ingredients, but the secret revealed, tricks and tips well explained in this motichur laddu video recipe to make no mistake to achieve the best homemade motichoor ladoo.

Ingredients:
Gram flour 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon a small piece
Orange food color
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee or Oil ( For deep frying)
Nuts (Chopped)

Gosh at midnight my son wanted to eat Motichoor laddu and I said I would get it tomorrow from Swiggy but he insisted I make it now and we bumped on this Video! I took 45 mins. But it came out nice! Thanks! This is coming from a non kitchen person and it was really easy to follow!

When i was a kid, i really want to try it bcoz of scene of 'Rohan as a kid' in kabhi khushi kabhi gham , it makes me think how is that taste like,🤤🤤🤤 then last year i got it from my friends from malaysia ❤🇲🇾 he send me one box with 12 pcs laddu inside.
