I’m dealing with the same problem. Ppl let their dogs piss on my lawn. I work hard for my lawn, I keep it up myself, it’s my first home, etc.. and had the best lawn on the block until these entitled jerks thought it was ok to let their dogs pee on my grass. It’s trespassing. I checked. Signage or not, fence or no fence. The dog is their responsibility and it’s trespassing & if there’s damage.. the dog owner is responsible.

If I can't install fencing around my house I'm not buying it, someone else can have the headache of dealing with these types of issues.

@Kar Kule….Town codes vary from town to town , you have to check with code enforcement. I don’t believe you can fence off your front yard , backyards you can . If you use wood fencing you will have to check the code out some towns make you put the good side towards your neighbors.

Ask the homo.ners association to let you build a two foot fence. As long as it looks nice and it's kept up with, I don't see how that would be a problem. And even a small fence will remind people they're not allowed on property. Some will step over it, but most will remember that stepping over a fence can end with a shotgun coming out the door.

Kids walking home from school are also an issue, especially if you aren't on the side of the street with a sidewalk. We live in a whole different society than when I grew up in the 60's. We were taught to respect other people's property. People today just don't get it. I think Clint Eastwood has the best solution. Ha!
