Thanks for your effort, your presentation has helped me, however if I had to give constructive feedback I would say, You needed to prepare the content a little more especially "Expectancy theory". Thank you

This is an excellent video and I wish I had seen it prior to my exams as the information is so much clearer than that presented by my professor.

Thanks for this video, it is very informative but PLEASE DON'T COUGH INTO THE MICROPHONE. I had earphones on and after a sniff here and a loud cough, LOUD cough, I was jarred from what little focus I had , and I had to move on to a different video. it is distracting, sucking your tongue as well - you do that a lot

Can go a tab bit faster explaining plus finish what your saying, please. And it's Distributive Justice NOT Disruptive Justice, that's a huge difference.

Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "organizational goal setting" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Farnicaas Switcher Capitalisation - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

yese kasawa nyerere I really hope this person is not a professor at a real university; his reading comprehension is worse than many of my 8th grade students, examples were not illustrative, and explanations were cursory at best. It doesn't seem like this man has a solid grasp of the subject matter, rather, he is just arm waving his way through the slides.

Good, except you were clearly too tired when you were making this. nearly every piece of terminology is read out wrong i.e. Goal seeking theory? disruptive justice? and my personal favourite "inter-racial justice" - like disruptive but more racial....
