Thank you so much for this video! I locked myself out of my E5 Plus! I ooked up instructions, but I kept doing it wrong. I'm not reading instruction. As a visual learner, I need to see what someone does to learn how to do it. What I kept getting wrong was holding down the power and volume up bottons instead of just pressing them and letting go quickly, because I thought I hold to hold them to get the next menu like with power and volume down. It REALLY helps to do it as I'm watching someone else do it. You got me back into my phone! Thank you so much!

Scam, doesn't help if something it makes it ahrder for you! You need to enter the last password you had on the phone! Edit: It didn't show up for me first, I had to confim my last password. But then after a few tries a option came up that said ''use your googlde konto to login''
