Just got this phone yesterday! I need to transfer data from my old Motorola e5 plus! I want to use a cable for the transfer (don't have my own wifi yet). Problem is the charging connections are different! Are there cables with mixed connections or adapters? And are the connections c for the new phone and a for the old phone? Do you have a video for my issue? Thanks

You tech guys just don't get it. This is not a video telling you how to use a smart phone. It's only telling you how to use this specific smart phone, again assuming you have owned and operated a smart phone prior. What about us newcomers that have never used a smart phone...how to make and recieve calls and the very basics. In the truest sense a beginner.

This is a little unrelated but I wanted to comment how, apparently, unfriendly this phone is for disabled people with hand/motor troubles. It has accessibility settings galore for visually impaired individuals but virtually nothing for people with hand issues. Two problems I have; 1/ the swipe up to turn on very often turns on an app/function. In the case of voice mail I had to turn off the phone to shut it up. I do not use voice mail. 2/ the screen is super sensitive; so much so that the way I hold it with a tiny infringement of my thumb crook prevents everything from working. I must lay the phone flat on a table to use it. A swipe to the side to open would be nice. I'm also pestered constantly by Motorola saying - try this - try that. I previously used an LG which had settings for motor issues but generally it was 10 times the phone this is.
