My phone still stays black. I can't get anything to pop up. Do you have any other suggestions. I have been on multiple videos to try and do a hard rest. I only had the phone for 30 days after paying 200$ for it and can't even use it. Please help

Thanks buddy it worked on our phone, very great full Thank you... you need to hold for approximately 30 seconds press the power button and then the volume down button after 10 to 15 seconds it will buzz keep pressing for another 10 to 15 seconds and the start will appear let go and then press the power button and it should restart it's a slow restart so don't panic it just takes its sweet time but it will come back on 👍👍

Thank you for the tutorial. But sadly, it did not work. I was able to get to the recovery mode screen. But pushing restart and the phone would never restart past the Motorola logo.

Mine stays at 0 percent while on charger it’s about 2 months old could it be the battery?

When I took the back off there was another all black cover w/13 screw's in it I took all of them out I still can't get it off to change the charger port
