Do you think is acceptable that a company like Piaggio keeps you waiting 2 months for a gasket to then just say 'we don't know when we will be able to dispatch'?

Respect for you riding this bike in all weathers, I bought the original black devil version of this bike in 2012 and still own it to this day but I only ride it in the summer. Moto Guzzi's don't like bad weather!

I have a 2009 Stelvio that is currently enduring the same treatment. Engine and trans out to replace leaky crank seal. It's an expensive job, but I love the bike.

I ordered a few bits for my griso in October last year and they arrived at the end of April. When I ordered them I said " no rush its on sorn (winter lay up)" should have kept quite.

I've got 2015 stelvio ntx with 25k km. Yesterday went on Enduro run where u have to play with the clutch to get going... So after 2 hour ride at such pace, my clutch started burning hard and eventually it stopped working. I'm in shock!! Now planning to do the same job((( 😥

I am wondering at what millage your clutch got worn out? mine is just shy over 40tkm and is just fine.

I don't know you or your mechanic, but I'd be very nervous about the way the parts are all laid out on the bench and the haphazard way it looks. It make my non mechanic bench look like a jet mechanics tool space, Get rid of those stupid exhaust gaskets and buy a one piece from GT cycles in California for $499 US and its a slip fit and also looks so much better

After riding a 1100 Griso since tons of years. Now I changed to a 1200SE. BTW, where are you from? Andrea does not sound english.

Ciao, ho visto nel video che hai cambiato l ingranaggio di trascinamento della pompa olio. Quello rosso in nylon. Nell immagine si vede che hai messo quello bianco in sostituzione. Si vede anche che quello rosso ha dei dentini rovinati. Beh, io sono rimasto a piedi in mezzo alle montagne della Provenza con la spia olio accesa. L ingranaggio si è quasi sbriciolato. Ho dovuto andare a guardare anche le bronzine delle bielle... segnate, quindi da cambiare. Ancora un accensione e avrei fuso. Ho visto che ci sono due numeri del pezzo. Uno a 180 euro, l altro alla metà per le griso 2015-2017 e per le 1400. Nel dubbio ho fatto prendere al meccanico questo più recente. Speravo fosse in metallo ma pe so si tratti di quello bianco che si vede nel tuo video. La mia moto dovrebbe essere pronta la settimana prossima, dopo 3 mesi di pausa dal concessionario Guzzi di Parigi ! Aspettavo un video con l elenco e il dettaglio dei lavori che hai fatto e magari qualche info in più sull ingranaggio bastardo. Noto che si rovina senza rompersi del tutto dunque...

Maybe I sound a bit bitter but I am still frusted that the brand Guzzi does not perform better, just look at Ducati or Triumph. I would have preferred a better new ownership for Guzzi. You must really be a "fanboy" to ignore all what goes wrong.

This just convinced me to buy Japanese.
