What kind and size of roof basket do you have on??

Inspect the welds under the bumper on the truck frequently. Consider asking a fabricator if they can beef up the receiver assembly. The less the bike wobbles in the hitch the longer the welds will last. If you stay on pavement and well maintained gravel roads fine, but, do not expect the welds to survive off-roading carrying a motorcycle.

My hitch is an aftermarket one-piece that is welded into the frame rated at 600 pounds tongue weight, 6,000 lbs tow. Bike is 340. Not saying I’ll drive it crazy off road but I think the Jack rack would break before the hitch does 😅

After a couple of months, how has the carrier worked for you? Does your bike block the tail/brake lights?

To be honest I haven’t been able to use it all since my son was born right after this video 😂 Been at home a lot and haven’t had a chance to get the bike out. I’ll be sure to film a follow up video but initial impressions are good. No issues with hiding brake lights on my GX. Seems very strong and convenient overall though

The best channel I have the same truck you have luxes Gx470 . brother, I have a question? Can I replace My Auto Gear to the shift normal Gear ? If the answer is yes. What kind of Gear? please help

Hi Brother, the Lexus GX470 is designed to only work with the Aisin A750F transmission that it came with from the factory. If yours is broken, you will probably need to source a direct replacement. If you only want to change it to be able to shift manually, it would be more trouble than it is worth in my opinion. I recommend sticking with the auto.
