Yeah the simplicity and it's less prone to damage. I don't mind opening the phone for full access. Mind that I alternate between this and an s23u, I use the razr when carrying a big phone would be a hassle. Basically for carrying convenience.

This phone looks cool but I question if it would remain durable over time. It’ll probably look as creased as unfolded laundry by a couple months in owning it. How is call quality? Mr. Mobile(Michael Fisher) said it was garbled and not very good.

Got my sage green (not 'grey' as is said here) Razr 2023 a couple of weeks ago. Excellent phone. Phone construction is great for its class. Gestures for performing different functionality are many and easy to do. Cameras are excellent...again for how much the phone costs. For the money and the very convenient form factor, the Razr 2023 is totally worth it. I paid $378.11 plus a trade-in of my mint green iPhone 11 (unlocked from Motorola). There are even better deals going on right now.

Not that great really can’t use it for long periods of time like with KZfaq vids or tik tok or messenger video calls cause it will eat up the battery by like 15 percent depending on hours you spend doing these things

Honestly. I love the phone I had it for a month before the d*** screen just gave out the phone was never dropped the phone. What's never mishandled. I close the screen to go to bed. Woke up to open it cracked. Wear bent. And the top part wouldn't work

Never get a Motorola phone if you want timely updates. That will be more Samsung and Google in the U.S. I have heard that OnePlus updates are getting better as well.

had this for 2 weeks and the screen cracked and T-Mobile wouldn't fix it, said a screen breaking is not under warranty. so watch out!!!

' what country made this razr cellularphone... razr was made from lenovo under the IBM... not like this fold cellularphone because of hump '' U '' on the center LED screen... not good design... over costly is a big wrong currency

For those that aren't aware, Motorola isn't as laxed as Samsung. The warranty only covers the inner mechanics of the device and not the screen. You have to purchase the moto care accident protection (or a 3rd party company) and pay a deductible to cover the screen. The company will try to give you the run around if you attempt to get it replaced through them.

I have read that it comes with a one year limited warranty..a lot of people have successfully gotten replacements or phones fixed for free.
