I'm from Germany and I love watching Moto America! Not only because of the good motorsport, but above all because of the good reporting. The format that the two reporters keep asking the teams about current and important changes during the race, e.g. why a driver is better today is terrific. And the more detailed explanations, e.g. whether something has been changed in the electronics or the chassis so that the driver feels better is great. I've only seen such accurate and timely reporting from Moto America. You are doing a great job and you deserve every viewer. Your full race broadcasts are unfortunately far too little appreciated.

Very happy to see the full races posted. Amazing first round for super bikes. I’m looking forward to seeing more as the year progresses. Looking forward to seeing some Twins Cup racing as well. Seeing some of the older guys in MotoAmerica, makes me think I still have time to get on a bike and race with the big kids. Love the diversity.

Why do riders veer off left in the straightaway and then veer back right? Isn’t fastest way a straight line? Watch at 36:55 to see my question.

1. That line allows you to use the kerb on the exit, that allows you to stay on the throttle for longer. 2. In a turn, inertia of the bike pulls it towards the outside, combine that force with gravity, and you get a total force that stronger than gravity alone and is pushing the bike into the ground at an angle of its lean. This helps keep the front wheel down when accelerating hard.

Electric is 100 percent correct. In the case at COTA it also helps avoid some nasty bumps in the tarmac to the right down the straight. For comparison of how slow us mortals are: The level 3 riders were clocking 2:29s and a few 2:26s and COTA last weekend for track day. My personal best is 2:45. Hoping for a 2:40 May 28th. Lol we’re all slow compared to the Gods of this sport.

@@JosiasRivera thanks for the answer. no doubt they can ride like a bat out of hell, but are lap times an apples to apples comparison? MotoAmerica use tires good for only 25 laps. Don’t they utilize considerable suspension, engine, transmission upgrades too?

Anyone read into what Danilo actually said? He destroyed everyone despite, him being unfit, with a bike that doesn’t work with tyres he has never ridden on 😂😂 just shows you that American series is nowhere near European series.

i mean, he is a long time motogp rider who raced dakar. he's overqualified for motoamerica and should still be in motogp or WSBK at the least

I don’t think anyone ever doubted that. I mean the guy is a former Factory MotoGP rider. Even the best MotoAmerica rider we’ve seen in the past decade is struggling to break into the top 10 in Moto2

hm... we will see this season, look at loris baz, Hector babera, toni elias (who im a huge fan of) thinking they would come in and dominate because they're former GP/wsbk.. 1 race ain't enough to convince me that this season is a total squash

Patrucci looks like an Elephant riding a Unicycle with that tiny @$$ Ducati lol..... Huge Fan, think he will run off with the Championship if War Horse can provide him a reliable bike.... Patrucci isn't out of MotoGP because of his talent & skill level or age..ITS PURELY DOWN TO HIS SIZE.100%...I think the KTM Tech 3 really exacerbated this issue because he had been on a much "Girth-ier" (will be in the updated version of Webster's Dictionary 😁) Ducati with the horse power to compensate..That Tech 3 KTM was packaged much smaller making Danilo look like a Wind Sail going down long straights... MotoAmerica is the perfect spot for him for the moment, Because Danilo is only like 31 or 32 yes old so he has got some good riding years still ahead

Hey D. Petrucci and Warhorse Ducati Team. kawiGabe Here. Just a thought. Buy Ride 4 the game. they have most of the tracks on there so you can get an idea of tracks. You can learn the track that way if that can help you out in the season and the other Tracks you will be going to. The Game "Ride 4" is on PC,xbox, and playstation
