She was the first and only female bodybuilder I ever had the pleasure to meet at an Airport it honestly was breath taking. She was in street clothing and I couldn’t stop staring, I was so afraid she’d catch me staring, she did but it didn’t bother her, it was like she was not offended, she actually engaged conversation. I immediately apologize under my breath it was like she was used to being stared at in public. She was so cool

I'm not that impressed with her form in the C+J, but she has a beautiful snatch. I first saw her snatch in the warm up room. Tremendous snatch. Good, tight, snatch. She obviously has a lot of practice with her snatch. I looked at her snatch from the side, the front, and the back, it looks good from every direction.

Hi, have you heard about "Musclegend" (just search Google)? On their website you will find a good free video showing how you can gain visible lean muscle really fast whilst dropping excess fat as well. Geoff is among the many guys which had good results because of this approach. It might help you out as well...

Well they are women. And for a woman what they lift is pretty impressive. The bars on those weights weigh 45lbs, and most women struggle with that at first. Most women, even if they work at it, will never be able to bench more than 75lbs, and will never be able to jerk or deadlift more than 80lbs. These women can do up to 250lbs, So have some respect.

I'm so conflicted when I see judges all refuse a lift like that 138kg jerk. It's obvious her elbows didn't lock out immediately but she did lock out and she held it for a solid three seconds.

Hello, have you considered "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? On their website you can watch a great free video showing the way to build up noticeable muscle fast while eliminating body fat as well. Kev and plenty other guys had positive results because of this technique. I hope it helps you also.
