because it's the easiest place to put this kind of camera without it affecting aero of the bike, would be my guess.

In F1 you only need to see driver turn a steering wheel. That is why people call it robot racing In MotoGP, steering wheel is not enough. It is 3D manuver with your body constantly fighting wheelie and use body weight for cornering down force. You can't see everything in one camera, but you see less in any other cam angle With shoulder cam or visor cam, you can't tell difference of amateur and professional rider. For example after corner with long straight ahead, you might think their racing line is messy and not straight. This cam 0:00 2:01 show you how swaying is actually faster to accelerate rather than make the bike stabilized before going full gas. Try compare this onboard with 2005 Valentino Rossi Mugello. Especially the arm-elbow. You might think Valentino is an amateur by looking at this kind of onboard cam without context.

More boring Ducati domination, another gifted title for Bagnaia, so boring and predictable. He has the best bike by a mile, nothing more. It's boring to see the same old top 10. It's a shame Marc is not competing in Texas, he's so fast around that track he would be fighting for pole and wins for sure. Especially seeing the pace of Rins, Marc would be quickest for sure. Look how quick Alex Marquez is as well on a year old Ducati and Marc is miles faster than his brother. Lots of riders have crashed multiple times over this weekend, towed each other, bashed each other, dive bombed and so on, yet no complaints from people. If Marc did it though, all hell would break loose. Double standards from haters. The MotoGP weekend is super dull without Marc. The fastest ever, the best ever, the GOAT! #MM93

@@rauly93 i totally disagree, first of all Verstappen is not the best driver, even Latifi could win driving a car that is a fucking rocket like RB18 or RB19. Verstappen has won nothing until he obtained a performing car. Second thing: yes Marquez was the best biker, but only before Jerez 2020.
