Cada que escucho motorama recuerdo mucho a mi hermano DIEGO🖤 El falleció el 5 de SEP de 2020. Y cuando los escucho es como sentir su presencia, me da mucha nostalgia y tranquilidad, era una de las bandas favoritas de el y ahora las escucho para sentirlo cerca 😔😭 En especial "heavy wave" el la escuchaba mucho no sé si el ya presentía algo, me parte el corazón 💔 Ya es una de mis bandas favoritas 🖤

I discovered Motorama years ago, when a stranger shared a video (Heavy Wave) in a FB group and i immediately felt in love with their music, every song is a peace of art. Then I moved to Canada 🇨🇦 on 2019, next year Covid started and I found this video one morning, while I was getting ready to go to work. Since then, is part of my daily playlist. Please, turn this livestream into a record and upload it to Spotify, just the way it sounds! It's AMAZING! Thanks for every moment in my life, that your music has made wonderful! Love you so much, guys!!!

I haven't listened to Motorama in about 1 1/2 years, and the name of the band popped into my head today when I wanted to listen to some music. I am glad it did. I used to listen to Motorama all the time! It made me happy and calm when I turned it on today. I had been listening to Velvet Underground, Queen, The Oh Sees, Lane 8, and others. It was a nice change to return to Motorama.

Stumbled across this only now. And it’s incredibly painful to watch. 4 years ago I was traveling through Georgia, with a Russian colleague. I started playing Motorama and he was shocked that an older guy from Western Europe would know about this band. And now I sincerely hope that they’re ok, that they continue to make music. And maybe, just a tiny extra wish, that we can get cds or videos (!?!) also in the future. I’ve stopped hoping for more. I doubt I’ll see Russian friends or colleagues again, I doubt I’ll ever be able to visit that beautiful country again. It hurts. So much.

@@m_ost the expression "no sé que dice pero miente" (I don't know what he's saying but he's lying) comes from a meme, and we use it when we can't understand something haha. Don't worry he wasn't being rude, just saying he doesn't understand russian. PD: Motorama changed my life completely as well :)

@@RodriAp Ellos han tenidos variantes en cuanto a los integrantes en el grupo. Por lo menos la chica del bajo, Irene Parshina, (que además es esposa del vocalista) al nacer su hijo tuvo que dejar el grupo. Motorama hacía las giras solo ellos tres, y así. Aunque pensar en una reagrupación "original" es algo difícil porque tendría que tomarse como referencia algún trabajo discográfico, y para ello tendría que de pronto que referenciarse Alps (2010), que fue el primer álbum de estudio y trabajo de larga duración que los lanzó a la fama o a dar giras por fuera de su país de origen. De resto digamos que ya hay es discusiones sobre la mesa en cuanto al estilo que ha variado o conservado en el tiempo, pero pues eso ya sería otro tema para dar debate frente al mismo.
