Hi chopper guys, i owned a chopper back in the late 1980s. It was an amen savior frame, 750 honda four, all aftermarket parts, harley rims, jardine pipes, extended tube front end, king and queen seat, sissy bar, tear drop tank. I got lots of compliments on that bike. I sure wish i still had it. I bet its worth quite a bit now. The only time i saw another one like it was on the cover of easyriders. That one was blue, mine was black. From the U.P. of michigan, Wayne, the revved up yooper. P.S. now i own a 1500 gold wing.

@greenmisc A little late on that one? I was referring to his show "Jesse James is a Dead Man"....2 years ago, wich had very little to do with his bikes. I love his builds still today.

I agree with all of the above, except for the last part about crotch rockets; so riding a performance bike is now viewed upon as a lesser thing than riding a chopper? please elaborate, how you are a better rider and builder for riding and building something that is heavier, slower and laisier in the corners, but is more comfortable and "looks prettier" I think that you are a cake decorator, and I think jesse would agree jesse respects the engineers, that can put together a "crotch rocket"

I like Jessie but don't get the focus on looks over performance. My Model 1 has a HD 80" & it pulls like a John Deere tractor. I don't see a 495lb bobber needing a motor any larger than a HD or S&S 100"?
