High wind and scooter windscreen maybe caused this,if i didnt let go throtle i would crush 100%
-TAKE CARE AND KEEP YOUR SPEED DOWN WHEN ITS VERY WINDY

Its 200,the high windscreen does it i think when some side winds hit u
