Two hard cross-country races and no flats yet. Last race I hit a square edged rock super hard that I did not see. So far so good!

Mtb guys have a few solutions similar to this in terms of protecting the tube from the rim, FlatTireDefender seems to be the closest. For my part, I'll stick to DNFing when I think my tire is flat, when when it isn't 😂
