Inside quality and overall design and layout is much better in Honda. Kia is whole new car but interior doesn't look better then 4 years old cr v.

Kia's 1.6 turbo gasoline engine is piece of s..t it starts butning oil withim 40-50000km, honda much much better car, emgine and transmission

Japan has recalled 380,000 turbo model on the cr-v because of the gas mixing with the oil...Kia all the way

Yes! I have a 2006 crv and wanted new Honda but the oil/gas dilution stopped me. Kia I bought.

I wanted a crv but the oil/gas dilution problem stopped me. Have a 2006 crv so had to go Kia. Hope I don’t regret it. The front grill I’m not crazy about.

I chose honda because i drive both sportage and honda wich honda is more powerfull and rezponsive and safe and confortable

In my country, between the top lines the difference is 10k€, Honda is around 33% more expensive.

no way the Sportage is roomier than the CR-V. Fuel consumption is better on the CRV with 29-34 MPG vs 22-29MPG for the KIA (city/HW). that being said, the KIA does look more snazzy, with a more generous warranty to boot. tough choice.

Jeddaz EightyOne Kia Sportage looks better than the Honda CR-V in my opinion, but it’s really about personal preference while the Honda CR-V does look better than any CR-R has ever looked in his entire life lol The Sportage is very sporty and sleek so I’d probably get the Kia

Can I ask what is wrong with your Honda? Our CRV has 1.6 120bhp engine and manual gearbox and we easily achieve 60mph when driving 70mpg. When in road works and drop the speed down to 50mph the average consumption is 75-80mpg. Sorry but I have been driving i30 with 1 6crdi in Spain and we couldn't get better consumption than 50-55mpg. So in fact our SUV is a lot more spacious and a lot more economical than i30. I bet Sportage is far worse on fuel than 1 6crdi in i30 so the difference would be even bigger. I do a lot of miles and got 3 kids so CRV is a clear winner to me. Besides 5 years with only oil changes and brake pads. Nothing broken, no problems no recalls. My second car is 2018 Electric KIA. Already 2 repairs and still they can't get it sorted So sorry guys but reliability is the key for me and KIA proven to be worse in our family than Honda.

Honda's design seems a little dated. Kia is so much nicer. Nevertheless i like both, for different reasons

Kia any day. There is a reason why Honda only give 3yrs, firstly the crappy cvt transmission and the crappy Air con which is known too have issues! Beware! They make good Lawn mowers.

The CRV is possibly the ugliest SUV I’ve ever seen. Kia and Hyundai are leagues ahead in design and style.

Looks rubbish compare to CRV ha ha and yes I drive a brand new electric KIA and I also own CRV with 1.6 dtec (my wife's car). Crv is way better to drive comfy and very spacious.
