Motorised Revell UH60A Blackhawk 1/72

The smallest 1/72 helicopter I have built to date. .Had to make some minor modifications but they are not noticeable.
The kit I used is the Revell / Italeri mould which is not great and requires a fair amount of extra work..
There is not much out there for the Blackhawk in this scale, the Hasegawa and Hobbyboss are another 2 that I have seen. After reading some reviews and forum posts they all have some kind of problem.

Great job! I know you weren't keen on the model itself, but you did a great job of making it work for you. I really LOVED the way the small motor took time to build up speed with the main rotor. It really helped to add to the realism!

Ok mestre de volta ok não se perturbe não comigo 😊😊😊😊, acho quê o MESTRE pode colocar os dois fios desencapados passando pelos trens de pouso dianteiros colocar os mesmos comados abaixo dos pneus.. e fios da fontes acoplados em duas pequenas chapinhas de ferro coladas na base aí quando do acionamento pelas chapas e fios nos pneus retirando de sena os fios aparecendo abaixo da aeronave 😊😊😊

I do like your thinking, but I have thought of that aswel in the past. If I was to make a complete diorama I would probably do that, but I don't do complete diorama's. I just like to build model aircraft and helicopters. I don't have the skills or the space to make diorama's

Hola Joss...Gracias for your kind words.. I buy them on Ebay. Just search for MICRO MOTORS You will find them but most of them are in China so you may have to wait a few days if you order them.. I normally use 4mmx8mm and 6mmx12mm size for my models.... Hope this helps Mike

Mestre permita-me efetuar uma sugestão? A resistência quê o mesmo colocou no interior do UH60 ficou Chow de bola 😊, mad sugeria quê o mesmo colocasse para fora fo corpo fo helicóptero 🚁..se um dia queimar trm como trocar sem abrir o modelo...me desculpa a intromissão OK MESTRE...e poderia testar fonte alimentação sendo um carregador de celular após romper a entrada no celular e separar os fois fios o de cor preta e vermelha e conjugar com os rotores de cauda e central daria assim mais potência 😊.me perdoe a intromissão ok .. fica chateado comigo não MESTRE sou assim mesmo..uma falha minha....

Yes that is an interesting point and I did think of having the resistor outside but it would mean an extra wire coming out underneath just to power the rear rotor
