Built my first bike a few weeks ago and had no problems putting on the drive sprocket and rag joint thanks to this guys information! What is driving me crazy is the bicycle itself!!! One problem after another with the bike! Right now my bicycle chain is going from loose to tight as it travels around the chain line! You get it good and snug and then start turning the pedals and it goes loose then tight again, loose then tight, over and over. ???

Your a savior I have had my motorized bike out of commission for about a year now because of that damn chain. Maybe u can do a video on how the gas tank always leaks after a month and if there are any aftermarket ones that last

If cost didn't matter would you still go with the rag joint over the Hub adapter? On my current setup I have my rear sprocket connected to the disc brake mount. But even with Loctite the six tiny screws that hold the sprocket on keep coming loose. Any advice. Thanks MS

are you using the stock pedal cranks on the cranbrook will they have clearance for the motor?

Purchased a new CBR/manic mechanic 44 tooth sprocket with hub adapter to replace the stock chinese 66cc rubber spoke clamp setup. Everything went well until I mounted the stock original 415 chain. Chain will not bed into sprocket. Chain fits only half or the teeth or less on the cbr sprocket. When chain is bedded at top drive portion of sprocket, the lower undriven portion of chain is standing halfway out of the sprocket teeth. When I bed in lower portion of chain down into the sprocket by using a rubber mallet it beds in, then the top drive part of chain then pops up halfway out of the sprocket! What gives? It is supposed to work with 415 chain. Using dial caliper the stock china sprocket teeth are about .060 inch THINNER in thickness compared to the new cbr sprocket. I am hearing that others are having the same problem and the only solution was grinding the sprocket teeth. Others are saying what is needed is a 415 "Heavy Duty"chain, but there are reports even those have problems bedding down into the sprocket Having to grind teeth to get it to work seems a little too much. Do I have a defective sprocket or is it the chain? (The 415 chain from the kit fit the stock sprocket perfectly). Bike Barry claims on their site that the 415 heavy duty may require grinding of the DRIVE sprocket for proper fitment !!! Need advice. Thanks

Here's another tip you they're making a wider pulley now just to pulley wheel it might help you with your chain tensioner so it'll have to travel back and forth is bad I've got one of the new pulley wheel

tensioner is a deth trap shorten the chain that way u can adjust it with the tire

Here's another here's some advice they making 41NP roller chain i it's the same with is a 41 roller chainbut the linkage the smaller on the diameter just a tiny bit and it's just as strong 41NP roller chainwhat is the same the strength of the chain is the same as a 41it's just a smaller-diameter so it's not his big on the outer if the motor won't fit 41 roller chain the 41NP is just not a big on the outer same quality

Old age sucks. I forgot to never use a kit chain on a MB. I have a #41 coming from Tractor Supply. Peddled 3 miles home, bout killed my old hyde. At my age exercise don't make it better. Bwwaaahhhaaa
