I removed approximately 2 mm from the head on my .80cc. And wow, what a power increase.

I got that square head it wouldn't allow for the expansion chamber without modification also made my engine run hot and stay hot after riding for way longer then the stock head it promptly went back to Amazon but you should have add the numbers from the stock head too I was curious thanks for the video

@Rob Dylan the test for the stock head starts at time mark 3:30 the numbers come are on-screen during the test I'm sorry I must've forgot to add them towards the end.sorry to hear they sent you something you can't use it's kind of a crap shoot at times lol thanks for watching bro

So I'm wondering on the squish gap you had originally? Out if three "stock" heads I had with no gasket a squish of .9 .8 and .5. So compression would be a massive difference between the .9 and the .5. So if the squish was tighter on the stock head not only would it perform better but it would also run hotter as increasing compression increases heat. So maybe try a similar squish to compare not only cooling but the performance of the different combustion chambers. Great vids, to the point .cheers

T McD thanks for the comment and u have an excellent point my friend. I'm sorry I didn't put the stock squish on this video I'm still pretty green to this video making thing lol. Squish was originally set at .9 last year after cleaning the ports out when it was new. Thanks for watching and for the comment ✌️

@penguin stalker it's fine to ask any question we all start brand new and need help from time to time.its OK to run an expansion chamber during break in it will help the engine breathe better.the original exhaust is very restrictive

@@penguinstalker1238you can also take the end cap off the exhaust and cut the pipe off near the base screw it back in and it improves flow and sound a bit

Your clutch may be stuck I had to take mine apart then put it back together to get it to work.
