Motorized Green Machine And Tricycle

Күн бұрынParts needed to adapt drive components were made on a 3-D printer. The green machine was easiest. A small part was drawn to fit the bearing holder of the green machine on the outside and the e-bike axle on the inside.
The tricycle required a metal axle and 3-D printed parts to adapt the axle to the wheels and adapt the axle to a sprocket compatible with the chain and sprocket from a wrecked electric scooter I dug out of someone's trash.

Love that your kid did not even bother to get out of the pajamas to have a morning ride with dad. Making memories, that's great. He should be a year from graduating high school now. Going to engineering school after?

Really wish there was a video on thsi build haha I think I've stuffed up. 😂😂 Trying this haha used a old bicycle pair off forks cutted them just at the top where they join to together and have weled them horribly onto the existing frame and now have a cool 26inch extended green machine did you use most off the parts off the green machine?? How do you make your wheel fork? Love the video. Shame I didn't see this 5 years ago 😂.

Did anyone get the STL file for the Green Machine? Emailed but so far received no response. I really would love to get hold of this so I don’t have to learn how to do it myself

Sure, which ones? There are some that adapt the ebike wheel to the green machine and others that adapt the sprocket to the axle of the other tricycle. Email Sciencelookers@aol and I can email you the files. I don't check the youtube videos very often

I used an e-bike wheel with the motor inside the hub. Amazon or ebay has kits with the wheel, controller and throttle grip. I used a 3-d printer to make an adapter which was the right size for the green machine frame on the outside and the right size for the ebike wheels axle on the inside. if you don't have a 3-D printer, you could use a dowel big enough to fit the green machine and drill a hole the right size for the axle. I welded a little holder for the batteries, but an e-bike lithium battery pack could be worn in a backpack or attached to the green machine some other way.
