This is completely different than some other G31 units out there without fingerprint reader. Their back cover or back housing has a glued cover part which has to be removed first, heating the back and using spudgers or guitar picks to lift it, and then proceed with the screws below it before you can remove the outline part with the side clips (!!!). Damn…

Question: is it possible to remove the cell radio from this phone, or at least disable it? Is that what the coax cable is for? Also, does anything bad happen if you neglect to replace the cameras or speaker, or will the phone still function without them?

my g31 is getting some heat issue so i follow ur suggestion to put some thermal paste between the shield and the frame . my temp drastically drop down and no heating problem now . so why moto didnt recognized that? or they forgot it dang! ty boss nice vid ...

I have also Moto G31 phone. Mobile internet is not working on this phone. I have 2 VI sim cards. I tried both sims separately but the internet was not working. Both sims are recharged. Call, massage working, full network is coming but only internet is not working. Tried putting sim in other phone, internet is running smoothly. Only my phone was not working. Sometimes it is provide a little bit of internet speed. Sometimes data is on but still showing data is not turned on but giving very good internet speed. I inserted my friend's Jio SIM for 5 minutes and everything working very nice even internet . I inserted both VI SIMs and there is no internet access from the 2nd SIM. Only data on from SIM 1. From sim 2 data is not turned on. The rest of the phone is very good condition. I tried everything like apn change, dns change even factory reset, Hard reset from recovery mode. But this is a very strange problem. Only internet was not working. If I kept Data ON for 5 minutes, it's decreasing network signal and then shows no service and again after 2-3 minutes full network coming. Do I have to replace some parts from the service centre? My vibration is also not working, there is a 'cheeking' sound at the time of vibration but it is not vibrating. *What should I do please help? How much will the total cost be?* Please reply
