Motown Hits was one of you all favorites so we are back with another Motown Classics Fat Burning Walking Workout. This low impact is great if you want a feel good workout to get 3000 steps or more. You can do this workout at home inside or outside on your patio.

First time I work out with you and I truly enjoyed it and so did my body. Your smile and cute dancing moves made it such a friendly and fun workout. Love yr scenery. At first I felt like it was too long but you created this workout so fun that after 10 mins in I decided to keep going til the end. Thank you for also including a fun cool down and stretch as well. Only thing I wd add for you to mention is to tuck in tummy and keep good posture throughout. Thank you!🤗

Well, I'm not always aware that I have muscles on the outside of my ankles, but Miss Moore certainly reminded me, lol. I always skim through a video before doing it to make sure there's no jumping around or folding myself up like a pretzel. I was worried this workout would be too easy. It looks simple. But I'm sitting her perspiring and writing this review, so I was 100% wrong, lol.

This is one of few videos I've seen that check all the boxes - low impact cardio, great music, moving in time with the music, adequate warm up and cool down and not too long. Sometimes I can only do only 10 or 20 minute sessions and it's hard to find good low impact cardio thats under 30 minutes Hope more videos will appear with some new moves because like many I get bored after a while doing the same things. Anyway, thank you.

I'm so glad I found you! As someone who's spent the last several years mostly on her ass dealing with cancer, I needed something that wasn't too extreme to get myself back in shape. I could only make it through about half the video but I can already tell this will be super helpful and fun. I love your encouraging attitude and the fantastic songs you picked, thank you!!

If I had cancer I'd be one ass too partly because I'd be si scared. Hope you not only go into remission but get cured. I have atypical breast hyperplasia which isn't cancer but the doctors have me nervous so I'm tempted to be on my ass .

Thank you! I am 72 and just coming out of chemotherapy and radiation. I am much fatigued but need to start moving my body in a fun way. This was perfect!
