mutton 500 gm
alu 2 -3
for paste:
bay leaf 2
cardamom big 1
cardamom small 3
cloves 2-3
chinamon 2 -3
dry red chili 7-8
black paper 5-6
onion 2 big
garlic 3
ginger 2 inches
tomato paste 1 big
at first
hit oil 60 ml
then 1 chinamon, 2 cardamom, 3 cloves, bay leaf, 1 spoon cumin and fry it after give 2 onion slice then fry it then add paste
